Notice of Head Office Relocation and Strategic Restructuring (Supported by the Hiroshima Prefectural Business Location Promotion Subsidy Program)

We are pleased to announce that Sedical Corporation has relocated its head office to Hiroshima and restructured its Tokyo operations to enhance our development and distribution capabilities, effective January 20, 2026.

New Head Office and "Hiroshima Lab" Supported by the "Hiroshima Prefectural Business Location Promotion Subsidy Program," our new headquarters integrates administrative functions with an in-house R&D laboratory (Hiroshima Lab) and a craft manufacturing facility. This hub will accelerate the development of "Wellness Sweets" based on scientific and medical expertise.

Establishment of "Tokyo Depot" As part of our strategic restructuring, we will close our Roppongi office at the end of February 2026 and transition to a new logistics hub, "Tokyo Depot" (Shinjuku-ku). This facility will streamline our inventory management and distribution within the Tokyo metropolitan area.
